Type Declaration

- (policy: any): boolean
- Checks a Policy or PolicySet statically for the errors a policy can be refused for before any request arrives.
  
  A PolicyIdReference is not followed.
  Parameters
  - policy: any
    a Policy or PolicySet from the model
  Returns boolean
  true when the policy typechecks
  
  Throws
  an IndeterminateError with the syntax-error status, listing every problem found in its message and in xacmlDetail.problems
