Type Declaration

- (definition: any, argumentBags: any, context: any): any
- Invokes a function with already-resolved argument bags.
  
  Checks the arity, and hands a primitive parameter its one value; a bag of any other size is a processing error.
  Parameters
  - definition: any
    the function's entry in FUNCTIONS
  - argumentBags: any
    one bag per argument
  - context: any
    the evaluation context, for functions that need one
  Returns any
  the result bag
  
  Throws
  a processing error on wrong arity or a primitive argument whose bag does not hold exactly one value
