instantSeconds: (value: any, assumedTz: any) => number = instantSeconds

Type Declaration

- (value: any, assumedTz: any): number
- Converts a parsed date, time or dateTime to seconds from the epoch in UTC.
  
  A time has no date part and is counted from the start of the day.
  Parameters
  - value: any
    a parsed temporal value (shape, fields and tz)
  - assumedTz: any
    the offset in minutes to use when the value has none
  Returns number
  the instant in seconds
