Type Declaration

- (uri: string): string
- Returns the ALFA name of a combining algorithm URI.
  
  A legacy 1.0 or 1.1 spelling maps by its suffix to the name its modern counterpart shares, so writing it back names the 3.0 algorithm.
  Parameters
  - uri: string
    the combining algorithm identifier
  Returns string
  the ALFA name, or null when there is none
