Type Declaration

- (server: any, label: any): boolean
- Records every client certificate presented on a TLS listener this module did not create, after holding it to the path rules and consulting revocation.
  Parameters
  - server: any
    the TLS listener
  - label: any
    its name, for the log and the record
  Returns boolean
  true when it is observed; false (logged) when server is not a TLS server
