- (server: any, label: string): boolean
- Makes a TLS listener use the shared key from its next connection on, applying it at every new connection before the handshake. Safe to call twice for one listener.
  Parameters
  - server: any
    a tls.Server or https.Server
  - label: string
    the listener's name, for the report
  Returns boolean
  true when the listener is tracked
