Type Declaration

- (fedId?: string, limit?: number): any[]
- Returns what arrived from one relationship, or from all, newest first.
  Parameters
  - OptionalfedId: string
    the relationship, or empty for all
  - Optionallimit: number
    the most rows (default 200)
  Returns any[]
  the rows, receivedAt as an ISO time
