Type Declaration

- (record?: any, principal?: any): boolean
- Says whether a stream is owned by a remote caller: it is not internal and its createdBy is the caller's authenticated identifier.
  Parameters
  - Optionalrecord: any
    the stream
  - Optionalprincipal: any
    the caller's authenticated identifier
  Returns boolean
  true when the caller owns it
