Type Declaration

- (record?: any, entry?: any): { ok: boolean; reason: string }
- Queues a SET on a stream, dropping the oldest when the queue is at ssf.maxQueuedEvents.
  Parameters
  - Optionalrecord: any
    the stream
  - Optionalentry: any
    the queued entry: jti, token, claims and when it was queued
  Returns { ok: boolean; reason: string }
  { ok, reason }; a disabled stream refuses it
