Type Declaration

- (uri: any, subject: any): any[]
- Warns when an event's subject is not in a format its row narrows it to (RISC's identifier events want an email address or a phone number).
  Parameters
  - uri: any
    the event type URI
  - subject: any
    the event's subject
  Returns any[]
  the warnings; empty when there is nothing to say
