Type Declaration

- Route middleware that, for a request under the GNAP scheme, checks the presentation and spends its key proof across the cluster before the handler runs, leaving both on the request for gnapSpentOf().
  
  It never answers: a refusal is left for ssf_auth.ts to report. Any other request passes straight through.
