Type Declaration

- (scopeId: string, useCaseId?: string): Holding[]
- Lists every certificate a person holds that is live under a scope's current tree: a register slot or an issued key pair, not expired, not revoked, and chaining to the current tiers.
  Parameters
  - scopeId: string
    the pki scope (a realm id)
  - OptionaluseCaseId: string
    narrows the list to one Issuing CA
  Returns Holding[]
  the holdings; empty for a scope that is not a realm
