  • Tells every person holding a live leaf beneath a revoked Issuing CA or Intermediate: a CAEP credential-change revoke, and a RISC credential-compromise as well for a compromise reason.

    A serial that is not a current tier reaches nobody. The events go out in batches after this returns.

      the authority whose list the serial went on: intermediate (an Issuing CA revoked) or root (an Intermediate revoked)

      the revoked authority's serial

      the RFC 5280 revocation reason
