Type Declaration

- (sessionId: unknown, seed?: Record<string, any>): CaepRow
- Returns the row for a session, creating one when there is none; a row created this way says an event rather than a sign-in made it.
  Parameters
  - sessionId: unknown
    the session id
  - Optionalseed: Record<string, any>
    values for a new row
  Returns CaepRow
  the row, or null for an empty id
