- Updates a registration entry's editable fields after checking the result, and audits it.
  Parameters
  - id: any
    the entry id
  - changes: any
    the fields to change
  - trustDomain: any
    the trust domain it must belong to
  - actor: any
    who changed it, for the audit row
  Returns any
  ok, the errors, and on success the id and the entry
