- Builds a SPIFFE ID from a trust domain and a path, supplying the path's leading slash when it is missing.
  Parameters
  - trustDomain: any
    the trust domain name
  - path: any
    the path, with or without its leading slash
  Returns string
  the identifier
  
  Throws
  an Error when the result is not a valid SPIFFE ID
