Type Declaration

- (raw: string): { id: string; problem: string; raw: string; types: string[] }[]
- Parses a spiffe.brokers value: each broker's SPIFFE ID and the reference types it may use, with any entry that does not parse reported.
  Parameters
  - raw: string
    the setting's value
  Returns { id: string; problem: string; raw: string; types: string[] }[]
  one row per entry, with its id, types, problem and text as typed
