prefixOf: (text: string) => string = RiskStore.prefixOf

Type Declaration

- (text: string): string
- Returns the network prefix an address is kept as: its /24 for IPv4, its /48 for IPv6.
  Parameters
  - text: string
    the address
  Returns string
  the prefix, or empty for a string that is not an address
