- Returns how often a subject was seen with each feature value asked.
  Parameters
  - realm: string
    the realm
  - subject: string
    the subject whose history is asked
  - pairs: any[]
    { feature, value } per value asked
  - sealing: boolean
    whether there is a key to seal under
  Returns Promise<any[]>
  { feature, value, count } per value seen
