Type Declaration

- (input: any): Promise<any>
- Records what a person said about one of their own sign-ins, once per assessment.
  
  "This wasn't me" sets their standing to HIGH; "this was me" lowers it to LOW only when said from a different session that is itself LOW or unscored.
  Parameters
  - input: any
    realm, subject, username, assessmentId, verdict (confirmed or denied) and the session it was said from with its level
  Returns Promise<any>
