Type Declaration

- (theDriver: any): boolean
- Tells whether a persistence driver can hold minted rows.
  
  The ldif driver cannot: it writes whole files, which is wrong for stores that change on every request.
  Parameters
  - theDriver: any
    the driver to test
  Returns boolean
  true when it has loadMinted() and saveMinted()
