- Serialises stored directory entries as an RFC 2849 LDIF document.
  
  Each entry's origin is carried as a # sts-origin: comment above its record.
  Parameters
  - rows: any
    the stored entries, each { dn, attributes, origin }
  - header: any
    comment lines written above version: 1
  Returns string
  the LDIF text
