setStatus: (key: unknown, value: number, via: string) => boolean = ...

Type Declaration

- (key: unknown, value: number, via: string): boolean
- Sets an entry's explicit status. INVALID is final; VALID and SUSPENDED move freely between each other.
  Parameters
  - key: unknown
    the entry's key
  - value: number
    the status value
  - via: string
    who set it
  Returns boolean
  true when it changed
