- Secures a document as a JWS whose payload is the document (section 3.1).
  Parameters
  - document: any
    the credential or presentation
  - kind: "vc" | "vp"
    vc or vp
  - signer: any
    { privateKey, publicJwk, kid }, the kid a verification method URL
  Returns Promise<string>
  the compact JWS
