Type Declaration

- (did: string, options: any, req: any): Promise<any>
- Resolves a DID to its document as bytes in a representation (section 7.1): JSON, or JSON-LD by default.
  Parameters
  - did: string
    the DID
  - options: any
    the resolution options, accept among them
  - req: any
    the request, for this realm's own did:web
  Returns Promise<any>
  { didDocumentStream, ... }, the metadata carrying an error on a failure
