Type Declaration

- (did: string, options: any, req: any): Promise<any>
- Resolves a DID to its document as a data model (section 7.1).
  Parameters
  - did: string
    the DID
  - options: any
    the resolution options; accept must not be used here
  - req: any
    the request, for this realm's own did:web
  Returns Promise<any>
  { didDocument, didResolutionMetadata, ... }, the metadata carrying an error on a failure
