Type Declaration

- (didUrl: string, options: any, req: any): Promise<any>
- Dereferences a DID URL (section 7.2): the document without a fragment, the verification method a fragment names.
  Parameters
  - didUrl: string
    the DID URL
  - options: any
    the dereferencing options, accept among them
  - req: any
    the request, for this realm's own did:web
  Returns Promise<any>
  { dereferencingMetadata, contentStream, ... }, the metadata carrying an error on a failure
