issuerDidFor: (configId: string, req?: any) => string = ...

Type Declaration

- (configId: string, req?: any): string
- Returns the DID the issuer is named by for a configuration: always for a configuration declared with issuerDid, and for a plain one when the start-up flag says so.

    the configuration's id
  - Optionalreq: any
    the request
  Returns string
  the DID, or '' to keep the https identifier
