Type Declaration

- (clientId: any, localSub: any, sessionId?: any): string
- Returns the sub a client is told for a person.
  
  Public clients get the local sub; pairwise clients an HMAC over the realm, their sector and the local sub; ephemeral clients one minted for this authentication.
  Parameters
  - clientId: any
    the client being answered
  - localSub: any
    the person's public sub
  - OptionalsessionId: any
    the session, which an ephemeral subject is bound to
  Returns string
  the client-facing sub
  
  Throws
  an Error with the sentence, for a pairwise client with no sector
