Type Declaration

- (base: any, opts: any): Promise<any>
- Mints an ID Token for a client, with the claims its scope and claims request ask for, signed by its registered algorithm (on libuv's thread pool where slow) and encrypted where it registered that.
  Parameters
  - base: any
    the authorization server's base URL
  - opts: any
    the grant's facts: client_id, username or user, nonce, scope, claims, acr, amr, auth_time, session_id, code, access_token, state and the rest
  Returns Promise<any>
  a promise of the ID Token
