Type Declaration

- (registered: any, alg: string, member: string): any
- Picks the key a response is encrypted to, out of the client's registered jwks or the cached key set its jwks_uri answered.
  
  Synchronous: an endpoint that encrypts prefetches a jwks_uri first.
  Parameters
  - registered: any
    the client's registration
  - alg: string
    the registered key-management algorithm
  - member: string
    the registration member being honoured, named in a refusal
  Returns any
  the chosen public JWK
  
  Throws
  an Error naming the member when no usable encryption key is registered
