  • Encrypts a signed token to the client that registered it, or hands it back unchanged when nothing was registered.

    Parameters

    • signed: string

      the signed token

    • registered: any

      the client's registration

    • Optionaltyp: string

      the inner token's type, repeated on the outer header

    Returns any

    { token, encrypted, alg, enc }

    Throws

    an Error with a sentence fit for an error_description or a dead letter
