Type Declaration

- (grantId: string, actor: string, via: string, entity?: string): any
- Revokes a grant: it leaves the register, and every token this realm recorded under it is revoked.
  Parameters
  - grantId: string
    the grant id
  - actor: string
    who revoked it
  - via: string
    the door it was revoked through
  - Optionalentity: string
    CAEP's initiating entity, where the door states one (a sign-out, a received signal — #432); by default user for the client's DELETE and admin for every other door
  Returns any
  { ok: true, revoked }, or { ok: false } for a grant this realm does not hold
