Type Declaration

- (grantId: any, expSec: number): void
- Moves a grant's expiry out to a refresh token's, so a grant lives while anything minted under it does.
  Parameters
  - grantId: any
    the grant id
  - expSec: number
    the new token's expiry, in seconds
  Returns void
