Type Declaration

- (granted: any, requested: any): boolean
- Tells whether one granted detail covers one requested detail: the same type, each common array a subset, and every other requested member equal.
  Parameters
  - granted: any
    the granted detail
  - requested: any
    the requested detail
  Returns boolean
  true when it is covered
