Forwards to AdminApiDocs.consoleBody() on the installed instance.

- Returns the explorer as the inner markup of an admin console page: its stylesheet, the #app element the script reads, and the script tag.
  Parameters
  - opts: any
    specUrl (the OpenAPI document), scriptUrl, version, realmPrefix, and token, who and scope describing the access token minted for the session; with no token the page says that Try it will be refused
  Returns string
  the markup for inside the console's shell
