- Revokes a person's GNAP grants and OAuth grants, tokens and codes — nothing else they hold — as a selective sign-out of those families.
  Parameters
  - Optionalkey: string
    the identity key
  - Optionalopts: Loose
    terminate()'s options, and sessionIds to narrow it to what was issued on those sessions
  Returns Loose
  terminate()'s result, or an empty one when nothing was held
