nameOf: (realmId: any) => string = nameOf

- (realmId: any): string
- Returns the Kerberos realm a trust realm answers as: the process's krb5.realm for the default realm, the realm's own override for another.
  Parameters
  - realmId: any
    the trust realm id
  Returns string
  the Kerberos realm name, or the empty string when it names none
