Type Declaration

- (name: string, password: string, info?: any): void
- The password observer: after a password is set or verified, derives and stores the person's keys, one derivation at a time per person, when a product KDC needs them.
  
  A failure is logged and audited (STS-KRB-0107) and changes nothing about the act observed.
  Parameters
  - name: string
    the username
  - password: string
    the plaintext password
  - Optionalinfo: any
    event (set or verified) and hash, the stored hash
  Returns void
