- (base?: string): Promise<any>
- Returns the zcap keys for the realm's cryptosuite, with the controller built from the given base and the key's other live generations.
  
  Asynchronous because a post-quantum key may first be made in the worker pool.
  Parameters
  - Optionalbase: string
    the realm's base URL the controller document lives under
  Returns Promise<any>
  the keys, the controller and the other generations
