- Returns Subject Identifiers for a person in the requested formats; a format this AS cannot produce for them is omitted, never invented.
  Parameters
  - username: string
    the person
  - formats: string[]
    the requested formats
  - Optionalctx: any
    the grant's context: { issuer, client, sessionId }, the client being the instance the identifiers are released to
  Returns any[]
