Type Declaration

- (thumbprints: string[], how: EndHow): number
- Ends every live grant whose CLIENT KEY is one of a device's keys — the device marked compromised (#164).
  Parameters
  - thumbprints: string[]
    the device's key thumbprints (JWK and SPKI)
  - how: EndHow
    why, who, the door and CAEP's initiating entity
  Returns number
  how many grants were ended
