Type Declaration

- (ownerDn: string, username: string): boolean
- Says whether a person is an owner: the owner DN names their entry, or a group they are a member of.
  Parameters
  - ownerDn: string
    the owner, a DN
  - username: string
    the person
  Returns boolean
  true when they own it
