Type Declaration

- (identifier: unknown, event: string, detail?: EventDetail): void
- Counts one event for an identifier; an unknown event is ignored, and a failure is logged rather than thrown.
  
  detail.format counts a token format; detail.gnapError counts the RFC error a refusal returned.
  Parameters
  - identifier: unknown
    the client instance or resource server
  - event: string
    one of EVENTS' names
  - Optionaldetail: EventDetail
    the format or error to count as well
