Type Declaration

- One person's GNAP grants — every grant in this realm (and this cell) whose resource owner they are — with each grant's rights, tokens and finalization, paged. The console's user page, /admin-api/users?user= and the person's own /portal/gnap draw it (#432 phase 7).
