checkTime: (exp: number, nbf: number, now: number) => Refusal = ...

Type Declaration

- (exp: number, nbf: number, now: number): Refusal
- Checks a token's time window (RFC 9767 section 2.1.7): exp exclusive, nbf inclusive, no clock skew.
  Parameters
  - exp: number
    the expiry, in seconds
  - nbf: number
    the not-before, in seconds
  - now: number
    the current time, in seconds
  Returns Refusal
  a refusal, or null when the token is in its window
