Type Declaration

- Returns the scope values on a credential that its audience's application defines as permissions.
  
  Only names the resolved resource defines are returned. Nothing here asks whether the permission was granted.

    the credential's space-delimited scope
  - audience: any
    the credential's audience
  Returns any[]
  the permission names, or an empty list when the audience resolves to no application
