keyOf: (format: any, issuer: any, identifier: any) => any = keyOf

Type Declaration

- (format: any, issuer: any, identifier: any): any
- Computes the history key of one document: base64url SHA-256 over its format, issuer and identifier.
  
  The use is left out on purpose, so a document is spent once whatever it was presented as.
  Parameters
  - format: any
    the document format, a FORMATS key
  - issuer: any
    who issued the document
  - identifier: any
    its jti, SAML ID or challenge value
  Returns any
