Type Declaration

- (spec: any): Promise<any>
- Reads one of the four mail secrets as text, decoded and trimmed.
  Parameters
  - spec: any
    one of the mail secrets' descriptors
  Returns Promise<any>
  the secret's text, or null when its provider is none
  
  Throws
  an Error when the descriptor is not a mail secret's, when the read fails, or when it finds an empty value (the secret's emptyCode)
