Type Declaration

- (clientId: unknown, scope: string): boolean
- Tells whether a client's oauthAllowedScope lists a scope: the question a resource server asks on every call, so that removing a value cuts off tokens already issued.
  Parameters
  - clientId: unknown
    the client_id the token was issued to
  - scope: string
    the scope value
  Returns boolean
  true when the client declares it
